Our primary clinic is located in downtown Grand Rapids, inside Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. We also offer a hematology/oncology outreach clinic in Traverse City to provide patients with access to quality care close to home.
Parents of children at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital and their visitors may either park in Ramp 3 or use valet parking at the main entrance circle drive off of Michigan Street. Handicap accessible vehicles should use valet parking. Parking is free at all Spectrum Health ramps but you must have the parking ticket validated at the clinic or one of the hospital information desks.
From Ramp 3: Take the blue 35 Michigan elevators up to Floor 3. Exit the elevators and take the bridge over Michigan Street to enter the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital lobby. Check in at the reception desk in front of the bubble wall. After checking in you will be directed to either Floor 9 for our inpatient unit or Floor 10 for our outpatient clinic and infusion center.

The after care and transition program is a unique long-term follow-up clinic dedicated to the well-being of childhood cancer survivors. The team assists individuals in moving forward from a medically dependent childhood to a healthy, independent adulthood.
The neuro-oncology long-term follow-up clinic is dedicated to prolonging and improving the lives of patients with brain tumors both during and after therapy. Because survivors of brain tumors may have long-term issues with school performance and psychosocial issues, our multidisciplinary approach aims to optimize life skills.
The comprehensive coagulation disorders program provides medical and psychosocial services to infants, children and young adults with hemophilia and related bleeding disorders, and thrombotic disorders. The program provides home infusion education and services, comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic evaluations and treatment, anticoagulation monitoring, education, counseling and advocacy.
The sickle cell anemia program is dedicated to prolonging and improving the lives of our patients with sickle cell disease. We offer comprehensive medical treatment, psychological evaluation, education, counseling, and referral to specialty services for children with this hematologic condition.
