Advanced Practice Providers


Advanced practice providers are a key part of the care team at Spectrum Health. This includes nurse practitioners, physician assistants, certified nurse midwives, audiologists and psychotherapists. Hear from some of our APPs as they discuss their experiences practicing medicine at Spectrum Health.

Spectrum Health dedicates $6 million every year to Spectrum Health Healthier Communities to provide programs and services for under-served residents of West Michigan. Funding is monitored by an independent community board, the Community Commitment Advisory Committee (CCAC). In 2016, our programs and services helped us connect more than 622,000 times with community members.
