Virtual 14th Annual Community Health Worker Conference
Community Health Workers:
Navigating the New Virtual World During a Pandemic
During these unprecedented times it is our priority to cautiously and responsibly plan for the upcoming Community Health Worker Conference. Key factors that have been considered include conference size and the geographical spread of attendees. In considering these factors along with CDC recommendations, Spectrum Health Healthier Communities has made the decision to hold the Community Health Worker Conference virtually.
Thursday, August 19, 2021
9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Discuss methods to cultivate health minds and spirits in self and others
- Describe how Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) can be addressed through advocacy
