Care and Treatment

Your doctor will work with you to create an individualized care plan based on your needs and desires. Your plan may include:

  • Alternative therapies, such as yoga or supplements
  • Hormone therapy – Treats common symptoms of menopause by replacing estrogen in your body
  • Pelvic floor physical therapy – Use manual therapy, exercises and other techniques to improve pelvic floor control, strength and function
  • Sexual devices – Help stretch and relax the vaginal muscles
  • Sexual health counseling – Addresses physical and psychological concerns related to sex
