On-demand virtual urgent care

Where can you find great urgent care? It’s your place. From daytime injuries and illnesses to late-night ear infections, fevers, and symptoms you just need an expert’s opinion on, the most convenient, affordable urgent care is closer than you think. Request a virtual urgent care visit through Spectrum Health, and we’ll connect you to board certified professionals that are available 24/7, 365 days a year. It's the same urgent care, on your terms.

Take advantage of this convenient service for individuals 3+ years of age or older if in Michigan and 18+ years of age anywhere else in the United States. You can expect the same quality of service you’d receive when visiting us at a medical facility.

Just like an in-person urgent care clinic, your virtual urgent care provider will have access to your important health information in MyChart to support a proper diagnosis and treatment plan including prescription medications if appropriate. Following your visit, an after-visit summary is sent to your Spectrum MyChart account, and an alert is sent to your primary care team, who will follow up if needed.

Enhance your virtual urgent care visits from Michigan with a TytoCare® Medical Exam Kit. This technology helps you capture information about your symptoms and vital signs and share it with your provider. It makes your virtual appointment the same as a visit to your physician’s office.

Sometimes, we may determine you need in-person care. We’ll tell you if your best option is an immediate care clinic or the emergency room at one of our hospitals.
