Center for Child Protection

The Center for Child Protection exists for one purpose: safe children.

We work to protect the health, safety and welfare of all children, providing a high standard of specialized care to children who have been victims of abuse and neglect. Our services include medical evaluations, medical testimony, coordination of services among providers and agencies, making referrals to the right resources, as well as case reviews and second opinions. We are available to Child Protect Services (CPS) caseworkers, law enforcement and medical providers throughout the state of Michigan. We also provide training, education, research and prevention programs, for professionals and parents alike.

Our experienced pediatric doctors and specialists are here to help kids.

Certain professionals are required by law to report any possible child abuse or neglect. Even when not required by law, anyone with a suspicion of a case of abuse or neglect may also make a report. The below resources are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
