As part of Spectrum Health’s contingency planning to prepare for an expected surge in COVID-19 cases, families at the Spectrum Health Renucci Hospitality House have moved to the Ronald McDonald House of Western Michigan. We are focused on ensuring evidence-based safety precautions to protect these families and their loved ones.
Renucci Hospitality House is currently not accepting additional reservations for families. If you have lodging questions or needs, call 616.391.1790 and we can provide alternative options.
Spectrum Health has received emergency approval from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services to repurpose its 37 beds at the Renucci Hospitality House for inpatient hospice and end-of-life care and is now working with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs for licensure of the beds. Spectrum Health is planning to accommodate appropriate visitation at this site for families to be able to share important final moments with their loved ones.
