Know that we’re here whenever you need help. Our facility service center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our team
Our team includes:
- Administrative staff
- Crisis intervention trained security officers
- K9 teams certified by the International Police Work Dog Association and the United States Police Canine Association
- Security police officers
Training and certification
All security officers at Spectrum Health complete training at least twice a year. Subjects include:
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Emergency preparedness and response
- First aid
- Taser and firearm training
- Verbal de-escalation
- Workplace violence prevention
