Food pantries need and love to receive healthy foods. Here is a list of basic foods that are always welcomed:
- whole grains
- low-fat or no-fat powdered milk
- boxed milk
- lean meats (canned tuna, chicken and salmon)
- fruits - in any form (simply packaged without added sugars or in 100% juice
- vegetables - in any form
