TANDEM365 is a FREE service in partnership with Corewell Health and Priority Health. With TANDEM365, care is just a phone call away, helping to keep you in your home and out of the emergency department or hospital.
How it works
When you call and talk to a member of the TANDEM365 care team about your concerns, they will:
- Make sure you do not have an emergency
- Help you make a plan to get care right away
- Send a TANDEM365 paramedic to your home, if needed
TANDEM365 uses these cars, not an ambulance
Many common health needs can be treated without going to the emergency department, including:
- Abdominal pain
- Ear pain
- Cough
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Breathing issues
- Dehydration
- Skin rash
- Minor injuries
- Nausea or vomiting
- Urinary tract infections
- And more

This is a free health care service to qualified, enrolled Priority Health members. You will never be charged for any TANDEM365 services, and you will never get a bill.
A member of our care team will ask you questions about your health needs. If they determine it is an emergency, they will send an ambulance to your home right away or tell you to hang up and call 911.
No, TANDEM365 is not health insurance.
No, TANDEM365 is not primary care. You will still keep your doctor. If you call TANDEM365 and need services, our team will make sure your doctor is notified. Our team can also help coordinate any follow-up care or appointments.
When you call TANDEM365, a member of the care team will help determine if you need a paramedic. If you do, the care team member will send a paramedic to your home within 90 minutes. The paramedic will arrive in a TANDEM365 vehicle (not an ambulance) and wear a TANDEM365 name badge.
