Tai chi class

Tai chi is an ancient practice that helps improve balance and reduce stress. It has been found to enhance stability and decrease fall risk in many scientific studies. Often referred to as a form of “moving meditation”, tai chi is a mind-body technique that involves carrying out a series of slow, gentle movements combined with deep breathing and meditation.
