If you have something that concerns your health unrelated to COVID-19, please do not ignore it or delay getting care. Care options are available to all patients.

Sometimes you need to be seen right away. We offer several same day care options, including virtual on-demand.

Sometimes you may not be sure which is best for you. If you are not sure, start with virtual on-demand by downloading the Corewell Health app or using MyChart. Your wait time will be less than 10 minutes to see a provider. If you need to be directed to another service for care, you will not be charged for the on-demand visit.

We offer both in-person and expanded virtual services. We have enabled our primary care and most of our specialty care medical teams to see you through a virtual visit.

How to access

• Existing patients can direct schedule with their primary care provider through the Corewell Health App and new patients can download the Corewell Health App and request an appointment.
• Our locations are open for in-person visits, visit Find A Doctor for the latest information on your location. For those requiring an in-person visit, you will be directed to the appropriate location. If you need assistance, call 877.362.8362. If you need help finding a doctor, they will be able to assist or you can visit Find a Doctor.
• Appointments will be available between 7 am and 5 pm.
• Additional precautions include: virtual check-in and curbside immunizations at many locations.

• We are currently accepting new patients and working to reschedule existing patients.
