MedNow Primary Care
Have you ever wished you didn’t need to leave home to be treated for a cough or the flu? With our MedNow service you can be seen 24/7/365 from the comfort of your home. We provide medical care for conditions such as cold/flu, nausea/vomiting, pink eye and other non-life threatening conditions in a way that is convenient for you.
How Does MedNow Primary Care Work?
MedNow connects you to a board certified provider using technology to bridge the distance. You can use MedNow from any mobile device or computer with an internet connection to have a conversation with a medical professional through a video visit or online message.
After your visit has been scheduled, you will receive an email with further instructions to prepare you for your visit. You will need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a webcam. Once connected, the medical assistant will verify your information and reason for your visit. You will then be connected to the provider where you will be treated as if you were at an in-person visit.
After receiving care from a physician or advanced practice provider through MedNow, your visit will be shared with your primary care provider, regardless of where you typically receive care.
MedNow is not for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room if you have symptoms like sudden dizziness, numbness or paralysis, difficulty speaking or loss of consciousness, chest pain, and shortness of breath, sweating, severe abdominal pain, seizures or any other urgent care need.
How To Schedule An Appointment
Never pay more than $45 for a video visit, and you may be fully covered by your insurance plan.

Ways to Receive Care
Video visits allow you to connect in real-time with a Spectrum Health Medical Group physician or advanced practice provider for non-life-threatening conditions using a smart device or computer with a webcam and internet connection.
An eVisit is an online questionnaire completed based on the symptoms you are having. The physician or advanced practice provider will respond with a diagnosis and treatment plan within one business day through the secure message exchange in your MyHealth account.
