The Primary Health Patient and Family Partner Program was established in 2009 to bring patient and family concerns to day-to-day health care services across Spectrum Health.
Focus
The Primary Health PFPP focuses on improving patient experiences in:
- Imaging and radiology services
- Lab service
- Occupational health care
- Outpatient rehabilitation services
- Outpatient surgery centers
- Primary care
- Sports medicine services
- Urgent care and walk-in clinics
