Think Smart, Eat Smart-Virtual/Online Edition
During this 9-week series, our registered dietitian will help you overcome sabotaging thought and focus on learning how to eat MINDfully and healthfully.
The class will help identify the reasons you eat and develop a plan to overcome those habits without relying on willpower alone. Join us to lose weight once and for all! Focus is on the non-diet approach to eating. You will be provided with many tips and resources to use at home to help you in your journey towards change.
Group Chats will be held on Mondays at 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. through Microsoft Teams Format. Weekly Class Material can be done anytime throughout the week as they are recorded session links.
