Introduction to Fermentation Workshop

Come and learn the basics of fermentation! This centuries-old method of food preservation has many health benefits in addition to creating delicious and tangy foods and drinks. This class will teach the basic skills so that you can feel confident to begin incorporating fermented products in your meals. Join us in this hands-on workshop where you will prepare your own foods and beverages to take home.

Mediterranean Diet

The Mediterranean diet is one of the healthiest lifestyle eating patterns.  In this 2-part series, you will taste, learn, and see what this “diet” is all about.

Tues Nov 5 and Nov 12, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Think Smart, Eat Smart

During this 9 week series, our registered dietitian will help you overcome sabotaging thoughts and help you focus on eating MINDfully and healthfully. The class will help identify the reasons you eat and develop a plan to overcome those habits without relying on willpower alone. Useful tips and resources to use at home in your journey towards change, will be provided.  Join us to lose weight once and for all!
