Here for Your Heart

A Doctor Dialogue Event Hosted by Spectrum Health Frederik Meijer Heart & Vascular Institute

Did you know that over the course of an average lifetime, a heart will beat more than 2.5 billion times?

Our hearts are essential to life and why we take February, American Heart month, so seriously. As your partners in health, we are here to raise awareness of the risks of heart disease and help members of our communities live healthier lives.

  • How to avoid a heart attack through good nutrition, exercise and medical management.
  • How your mental health impacts your heart health.
