Account Information and Shared Access

The information available in your MyChart patient portal is populated directly from your medical chart. In order to update your demographic information or inquire about concerns regarding your medical information appearing in your MyChart patient portal, please reach out to your provider’s office. Unfortunately, Spectrum Health Technical Support cannot make changes to your medical record.

To view your child's medical information and message their providers, you will need to have them added to your MyChart patient portal via Shared Access. We are happy to set this up for you, however, for security purposes, we need to speak with you over the phone.

Spectrum Health patients between the ages of 12-17 can access their medical records through MyChart, as well as provide access to their information to their parents/legal guardians.

We are happy to set up this account, however, for security purposes, we need to speak with you and your child by phone.
