• Requests must support organizations that reside in Michigan and support communities across the state of Michigan.

• 501(c)(3) registered organizations are typically given preference.

• When reviewing funding requests, our team places an emphasis on programs related to health equity, health promotion, wellness, and disease prevention which will help build healthier communities and provide equitable care to all.
  (Meeting criteria does not guarantee funding.)

• If your organization is involved in partnerships and collaborations with Corewell Health, please indicate.

We generally do not approve contribution requests for:

• Capital campaigns

• Community sports teams

• Employee social gatherings

• Family or individual emergency relief

• Individual or team fundraising

• Individual school, PTO, or athletic/band/activity boosters

• Initiative or organization that would have Corewell Health as sole funder

• Political causes or candidates

• Religious or fraternal organizations
