Spectrum Health employees live and breathe our mission in caring for you and our community—we thrive to—improve health, inspire hope and save lives. In addition to this passion and hard work, employees give back personally by way of philanthropy as well.

Additionally, 2,336 Paid Time Off hours were donated to our Close Enough to Care Fund—a program that assists our employees experiencing financial hardship due to an unexpected or uncontrollable life event.
