Joint Commission Public Notice

Spectrum Health Hospitals with the exception of Spectrum Health Ludington participate in The Joint Commission's accreditation process. This process is designed to help health care facilities continuously provide safe, high-quality care, treatment and services by identifying opportunities for improvement. 


Concerns about patient safety or quality of care at Spectrum Health hospitals may be reported to the Joint Commission in the following ways:
