Important message regarding imaging and radiology: We are experiencing a delay in results for outpatient imaging exams, due to high volumes and a shortage of radiologists. We are doing everything we can to process exams as quickly as possible. Expected test result times fluctuate daily and by type of imaging. Reports will appear in MyChart once it has been resulted. If you have an upcoming appointment to discuss the results with your provider, or if you have new or worsening symptoms, please contact your provider for further discussion. Appointments are typically scheduled within 24 hours of request and can be scheduled by phone, referral or MyChart. Following your appointment, results are provided on MyChart as soon as they are available. With more than 50 locations across West Michigan, our services are convenient and accessible to patients in their own communities. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for urgent procedures.
