Ankle Tendonitis

The ankle is a prime candidate for tendonitis, which occurs when one or more tendons become inflamed. If this happens to you, we'll conquer your pain and heal it quickly, together.

Ankle tendonitis is inflammation of a tendon within the ankle. Risk factors include regular exercise without first stretching or a sudden increase in activity level. Pain can be mild or severe. Constant use, even for walking, can prolong or worsen tendonitis. Debilitating pain should be checked out promptly. Lingering or worsening pain over a week should also be assessed.
