Cancer Menopause & Sexual Health

A cancer diagnosis and resulting treatments can significantly impact a woman’s fertility and sexual health. Everyone is unique in their needs and desires when it comes to sexuality. Issues that may arise include hormonal changes, fatigue, vaginal dryness, painful intercourse, altered body image and self-esteem. Specialists in the Spectrum Health Cancer Center look forward to being a partner in a patient's cancer treatment and help manage confusing symptoms as well as body changes.
