Personalized care by exceptional people

Navigating various health care providers and understanding the differences in their services can be challenging. To make the right choice, it's important to evaluate the reputation, credentials and range of services of the health care providers you are considering.

Because Spectrum Health is a trusted provider in health care, there are many benefits to choosing us for in-home care. If the person needing service is already a Spectrum Health patient, the transition of care is simplified. Our caregivers will have access to your electronic medical records, which allows them to follow the care plan developed for you. In addition, we can coordinate with other beneficial services and programs within the Spectrum Health system and outside. All our caregivers are licensed, bonded and insured.

Building a trusting relationship with you and your family is very important to us. We understand that you need to feel confident in the people and services that you or a loved one receives in the home. That's why our nurses, therapists and home health aides have extensive training to ensure consistent and exceptional care with compassion and understanding.

Lindsay Rines shares her family's journey with their son, Levin Rines, who has hypoplastic left heart syndrome. Hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) is a birth defect that affects normal blood flow through the heart. As the baby develops during pregnancy, the left side of the heart does not form correctly.

Team approach to care

While medical expertise is essential, we know that your physical well-being and emotional health are important as well. That’s why we work closely with your physician and family members to develop a personalized care plan that meets your individual needs. A registered nurse or therapist will develop a care plan with your doctor, coordinate your needs with our caregivers, and communicate regularly with you and your family members.

Trustworthy relationships

Building a trusting relationship is very important to us. That’s why our nurses, therapists and home health aides have extensive training to ensure you receive consistent and exceptional care with compassion and understanding. And because trust is such an important factor in health care, you can take comfort in the services and people of our nationally recognized health system and accredited home care agency.
