Visiting Nurse Association offers a number of specialized programs and services to help you improve your health and safety in the comfort of your home. Once your needs have been identified, a personalized care plan will be developed.

Better Balance
The goal of our better balance program is to help you remain mobile, safe and independent in your home. To achieve this, our multidisciplinary team, including a certified vestibular therapist who is available for consultation, will evaluate your situation and create a personalized fall prevention plan. Virtual therapy, in addition to in-person visits, may be used for a home exercise program or fall prevention education. Together, we work with you on balance improvement and reducing the risk of falls.

Cancer Rehabilitation
We understand how difficult it can be to physically and emotionally recover from the side effects of cancer treatments. Our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses and social workers can help.

Cardiovascular Transitions
The Spectrum Health continuum of care allows us to provide advanced care to those suffering from heart failure, acute coronary disease, heart transplant and other heart and vascular conditions.

Joint Replacement Rehabilitation
Recovering from total knee or hip replacement surgery? Our joint success program is centered on evidence-based techniques to help you achieve the greatest recovery possible at each level of care.

Neuro Rehabilitation
Our physical therapy and rehabilitation experts don't just work on improving your physical function. We understand that neurological connections with your brain and your nerves affect your physical, cognitive and emotional health. Our holistic approach brings you greater success.

Pediatric Care
We’re specialized in the treatment of infants and children with neuromuscular, musculoskeletal and feeding disorders. Our compassionate team will assess the patient and work with family members and caregivers in order to reduce the risk for illness and rehospitalization.

Specialty Rehabilitation Programs
We offer a variety of specialty rehab programs and services for patients with Parkinson’s disease, lymphedema, dementia and vestibular issues.

Wound Care
Chronic wounds that do not heal well, or heal very slowly, can be a serious problem. Our skilled nurses will assess your wound, review your history, and develop an individualized treatment plan to promote early and lasting recovery. Virtual wound assessment is available as needed.

Virtual Care Solutions
We use technology to provide comprehensive and personalized care for our patients. Our team can help you and your care team interact and identify daily changes in your health status to help better manage your chronic health conditions, improve your independence and enhance your quality of life. Virtual technology may include remote patient monitoring, smartphone device apps, virtual visits, personal emergency response system and interactive voice response.
