“My favorite aspect of working in home care at the Visiting Nurse Association is the amount of time that I can spend with an individual patient. I really get to know them on a personal level and can partner with them to help them meet their health goals.”- Chris Corey, RN

To achieve this, our multidisciplinary team, including a certified vestibular therapist who is available for consultation, will evaluate your situation and create a personalized fall prevention plan. Virtual therapy, in addition to in-person visits, may be used for a home exercise program or fall prevention education.
