Pediatric Rehabilitation
Our pediatric nurses provide skilled care to children of all ages, and diagnosis. The team assess and educates patients, families, and caregivers on their diagnoses and treatments including injections, infusions, wound care, cardiac monitoring and feeding tube placement. The home care pediatric rehab team is comprised of physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists who specialize in the treatment of infants and children with neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, and feeding disorders. This team evaluates and treats medically fragile and complex patients in the home setting in order to reduce their risk for illness and rehospitalization while meeting their rehab needs related to complications from extreme premature birth, surgery or illness.

Wound Care
If you have a wound that is not healing in a timely and effective manner, our skilled nurses will collaborate with your physician to assess, monitor and treat your wound at home. This program is highly specialized and personalized to your individual needs.
