This walking support group is for anyone who is working toward achieving and/or maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Come to walk and discuss challenges and strategies related to healthy eating, weight management, wellness and handling stress, while getting your steps in for the day! This group is led by a registered dietitian. Registration required; register at any time throughout the year.

No Tai Chi experience necessary. Enjoy gentle Tai Chi movements and healing Qigong breathing all from the seated position, in the comforts of your own home.
