Healthy Habits - One Step at a Time

This walking support group is for anyone who is working toward achieving and/or maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Come to walk and discuss challenges and strategies related to healthy eating, weight management, wellness and handling stress, while getting your steps in for the day! This group is led by a registered dietitian. Registration required; register at any time throughout the year.

Joint Replacement Pre-Op Class

Individuals scheduled for total knee or hip joint replacement surgery learn about the procedure and rehabilitation process. The class is taught by a nurse, physical therapist and occupational therapist. A support person is encouraged to attend. 

 

"Playing" Tai Chi

A review of tai chi and qi gong breathing techniques for participants who have previously taken a tai chi class.  Classes will be held virtually.
