This walking support group is for anyone who is working toward achieving and/or maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Come to walk and discuss challenges and strategies related to healthy eating, weight management, wellness and handling stress, while getting your steps in for the day! This group is led by a registered dietitian. Obtain class schedule through registration or by joining the group Facebook page; register at any time throughout the year.

Beginner Tai Chi for Arthritis
This in-person Tai Chi program is endorsed by the CDC and is evidence-based. It has been proven to reduce muscle pain and stiffness, increase strength and flexibility, reduce emotional and physical stress, and improve balance. Participants do not need to have an arthritis diagnosis to receive health benefits from the class.
Fee: 10 weeks for $55
Playing Tai Chi and Qigong Breathing
Playing Tai Chi and Qigong Breathing is for participants who have completed the SHZCH Beginner Tai Chi for Arthritis class in the past (or know the 12 forms of Tai Chi for Arthritis) and are looking to continue practicing and refining the forms they have learned. In addition, participants will learn some new styles of Qigong breathing. Focus of the class will alternate each week (i.e. one-week will be practicing Tai Chi for Arthritis forms, alternating with one-week of practicing Qigong Breathing exercises).
Fee: 8 weeks for $45
