Healthy Habits - One Step at a Time
This walking support group is for anyone who is working toward achieving and/or maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Come to walk and discuss challenges and strategies related to healthy eating, weight management, wellness and handling stress, while getting your steps in for the day! This group is led by a registered dietitian. Registration required; register at any time throughout the year.

Playing Tai Chi
Joint-friendly exercise recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for improving balance, increasing flexibility and reducing arthritis pain and stiffness. Created for participants that have previously taken a Tai Chi class and want to practice and refine the forms they have learned in a group setting. Movements can be done seated or standing. Soft sole shoes and water bottle recommended.
