MyHealth Virtual Visit 

What is a Virtual Visit? 
A virtual visit is a safe and secure video call with your healthcare provider, similar to Skype, Zoom or Apple Facetime. You and your provider will be able to see, hear, and speak to each other and will receive the same level of quality care and professional attention as an in-person appointment.
 

Joining a Virtual Visit

Here's what you'll need to attend your video visit in MyHealth:

  • Find a quiet, well-lit space with a good Wi-Fi connection
  • Make sure your device is plugged in or fully charged
  • Have your license/ID ready along with insurance information
  • If you are using the mobile app, make sure your device has the latest updates

Ten minutes before your appointment, login to MyHealth to ensure that everything's working properly.

After scheduling, your new appointment will be waiting in the application once you login to MyHealth.

Download the MyHealth app on your smartphone or tablet, by searching for “Spectrum Health MyHealth” on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Or click the links below if you are currently on your phone/tablet.

2. Login to MyHealth

Open the MyHealth app and login with your username and password. You must use the MyHealth app and cannot attend this visit through the Spectrum Health Now App.

3. Haven't Created an Account Yet?

If you haven't created a MyHealth username and password yet, you can sign up here, where we will ask you for some information to help us connect you to your medical record. This video will walk you through the process of signing up for MyHealth.
