Engage Beyond Work
Spectrum Health is focused on creating engaged employees who, in turn, provide exceptional patient, family and member experiences in their everyday work. By encouraging employees to share their perspectives and opinions, they end up performing at their best every day; creating innovative solutions, providing first-class care, and recruiting and retaining the best employees. Engaged employees also support the communities where they live and work with their energy and enthusiasm. Throughout the year, Spectrum Health provides opportunities for employees to commit their time and talents to make a difference in a variety of ways, including the photos below.

Veteran's Day
Spectrum Health celebrates veterans by taking time at many of our locations to thank and honor all men and women who have served in our military.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service
Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service offers employees the opportunity to volunteer at various organizations throughout the communities we serve.

United Way Workplace Campaign & Day of Caring
Spectrum Health partners with United Way for our annual workplace campaign. Collaborating with United Way helps support community programs and agencies throughout our region that provide emergency services such as crisis intervention, education, access to health services and financial stability and more. Donations by employees raise dollars that are invested locally throughout our 13 county region. The United Way Day of Caring happens every year. Each county that our employees work in has its day(s) featuring unique volunteer opportunities.
Spectrum Health is committed to granting equal employment opportunity to all qualified persons without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, religion, genetic information, marital status, height, weight, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or any other legally protected category.
