We're Here. We're Helping. We're Hiring.
Are you looking for a job where you can make a difference? Where you’ll provide care and support to people who really need it? People in our own community?
Become a CNA With Us
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) play a key role on our health care teams. In addition to providing high quality, direct patient care, they communicate important information to other care team members. On any given day, our CNAs:
- Assist patients and residents with day-to-day needs
- Help with patient charting and reporting
- Explain care instructions to patients and family members
- Support other members of the care team
- And more…
Don't have a CNA license? We can help with that!
Meet the CNA starter program. Offered by Spectrum Health Continuing Care, this program provides on-the-job health care experience and tuition assistance to individuals looking to gain CNA certification.
Candidates for this program begin as a unit aide in a rehab & nursing center, helping nursing staff and providing companionship to patients and residents. After 90 days, candidates are considered for placement in the CNA starter program, which covers all the costs of CNA training (tuition, testing, books and time spent in class). Upon graduation and receipt of CNA certification, participants are promoted to a CNA position.
