This comprehensive, interactive 4-week class series will help you and your support person prepare for your baby's birth and the early weeks after. You will learn exercises, comfort measures, positions, tips for relaxation, breathing patterns and information on pain relief for labor and birth. Basic skills to help with baby's care and feeding and your care after birth are also included.
A support person or partner is encouraged to attend. This class meets once a week for four weeks and each class is 2 and a half hours long.
