We all want the best for our children, yet with health information coming at us at lightning speed, the pressure to raise a healthy child is more stressful (and confusing) than ever before. This is why we have asked our team to clear through the clutter for you. Our registered dietitian-nutritionist and exercise physiologist – both moms themselves – have prepared an interactive class that will walk you through several practical steps toward a brighter future for your little one. This class is geared to infants’ 0 – 12 months and can be taken at anytime during or after pregnancy. Your registration includes one guest, in addition to your baby.

Topics include:
  • Movement and play for brain growth and development
  • Media and the impact on your baby’s developing brain
  • The “starving brain” as it relates to sleep, anger, anxiety and attention
  • Baby led weaning, puree’s and the tools you need for food prep
  • Dietitian recommended foods for a brighter brain and gut (microbiome)

Class Fee: This is a free class.

When to schedule: Sign up and attend this class anytime during your pregnancy. Class can also be attended after your baby is born.
