At Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital, we’re committed to providing care when and where you need it. We offer a full range of health care services including primary and specialist offices, inpatient hospital and at-home care, experienced surgical teams, women’s health, and rehabilitation.

Formed in 2015, a main focus of the Ludington PFAC is to be the voice of patients and families for one of the hospital’s top priorities—improving the patient experience. The PFAC specifically focused on inpatient and outpatient services, rehab, the emergency department, and ambulatory surgery.

This year the Ludington PFAC is focused on improving the community members access to health care, improving the overall patient experience and collaborating with community initiatives to improve the overall health of the Ludington community.

“I love the idea that I can help the hospital improve it’s service to the community through input from patients, family and friends. I have found the experience perfect for me. I have been very impressed and feel much more confident receiving care here as a result.
