Hodgkin's Lymphoma

About Your Care and Condition

Hodgkin's lymphoma is one of the most highly curable blood and bone marrow cancers. We offer one of the top blood and bone marrow programs anywhere and we don't say that lightly. Our bone marrow transplant care is internationally recognized, and we continue to work hard to get you on the other side of this diagnosis and on to your happy future.

Hodgkin's lymphoma affects lymph nodes in the chest or above, and accounts for 95 percent of lymphomas. It begins when white blood cells, called lymphocytes, abnormally change and become cancerous. They form masses in lymph nodes, which are found throughout the body. These cells can also gather in lymph tissues. Fortunately, with proper treatment, Hodgkin's lymphoma has excellent outcomes.
