Additional Security Measures Now in Place: In addition to a user ID and password, a second form of identity verification is required to access Spectrum Health systems from the Internet. During login, a computer generated passcode will be requested that can either be received via text message to your phone, or you have the option to install a FREE app that generates the passcode on any or all mobile devices and home computers. 

 

Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) is an application that allows users to check their Spectrum Health email via the Internet, without the need for Outlook software or any Spectrum Health-issued equipment.

Spectrum Health Connect

Connect allows access to several web-enabled applications from anywhere with Internet access. This includes multiple device types such as a home computer, smart phone or tablet. Connect requires the ability to download and install free software to run on your choice of device.

Spectrum Health Virtual Desktop (VDI)

Virtual Desktop provides remote access at any time, from anywhere with Internet access, and on many devices. It provides users with access to a Spectrum Health Windows desktop from multiple device types, such as a home computer, a smart phone or tablet.

Note: Only certain individuals are allowed VDI access.
