Fit & Healthy Families
This fun-filled program is for kids ages 5 to 12 and their families, to help them live healthier lifestyles. Classes are taught by a registered dietitian and cover topics related to nutrition, health and wellness. Exciting activities keep the entire family motivated, including incentives for meeting personal goals. No class Oct 31. Meets once a week for 8 weeks.

Relaxing with Tai Chi
This class utilizes various forms of qi gong breathing exercises and the first six forms of the Tai Chi for Arthritis program in the seated and standing positions. Week 3: De-stress, Stay Calm and Eat On
Enjoy learning about foods you can eat each day for not only a healthy you but also a healthy brain! Learn the latest on omega-3s and healthy oils in relation to wellness by registered dietitian, Angela Fobar, RD.
Week 4: Healing and Wellness Arts
Release stress with supported yoga, tai chi and purposeful meditation. Become acquainted with each art and receive the wellness benefits. Taught by Chris Cannon, MPH, certified tai chi instructor; and Lara Malone, PhD in holistic health, MA, certified yoga instructor.
