This free service helps you keep friends and family universally updated on your loved one's condition. CarePages allows you to post pictures and updates at any time. Your supporters can post encouraging words for you, if you activate the comments section. CarePages remain active until you choose to deactivate the page.
The Specialty Shop
Located on Floor 3
Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Specialty Shop offers gifts and products with an emphasis on grace, beauty and inspiration specifically selected to meet the needs of cancer patients and their families. You can also order items from our online gift shop.
A telecommunications device for the deaf (TDD) is available for patients and visitors who are deaf or hard of hearing. Ask the nurse to make arrangements for a device.
Internet Access and Cell Phones
We offer free wireless internet access. Mobile devices and laptops may be used anywhere, except in posted restricted areas. If you need help with access, call our Technical Support team at 616.391.4000.
Patients and families in need of assistance with understanding or reading English have free access to Spectrum Health language services. For interpretation or translation services, call 616.391.2175.
Lost and Found
If you have lost an item or discover a lost item during your visit to the Lemmen-Holton Cancer Pavilion, please contact our Lost and Found service at 616.486.5700.
Notary public service is available for patients and families who are unable to access notary services outside of the cancer center. Ask your nurse or call Patient Relations at 616.225.6414.

For patient relations assistance after hours, ask the patient's nurse to contact a supervisor for you.
Our security employees are available 24 hours a day to help visitors, patients and guests with wheelchair assistance. We can also escort you to your vehicle. We're here to help in any way that we can.
