PATH is a workshop that empowers people to take an active role in managing a chronic or long-term health condition. Workshops meet for 6 weeks, in 2-1/2 hour sessions each week.

Deep vein thrombosis is a blood clot that develops in a deep vein, usually of the leg. Learn how you can prevent DVT and how early treatment is important to reduce the risk of complications.
Stroke: Prevention and Symptom Recognition
Would you know if you or someone you are with is having a stroke? Did you know stroke can be prevented? This presentation will review the risk factors for stroke, how you can prevent and/or control them, how to recognize the symptoms of a stroke and what to do.
