Food pantries are in need of and love to receive healthy foods such as whole grains, low-fat or no-fat powdered or boxed milk and lean meats like canned tuna, chicken or salmon. And, of course, fruits and vegetables in any form (simply packaged without added sugars or in 100% juice) are needed too.
