Are you fed up with the cost of tobacco to your wallet and your health? Have you struggled in the past to stop using tobacco only to remain caught in the web of addiction? If so, now is the time to join this free class that can finally help you quit tobacco for good. QUIT 101 focuses on tips to help you develop a quit plan and strategies that will work for you. Facilitated by Libby Stern, MSW, a nationally certified tobacco addiction specialist who is also a former smoker, the program will help you find the motivation and skills you need to stop tobacco once and for all. Included also will be information about medications used in quitting smoking as well as a free NRT (Nicotine Replacement Therapy) sample.
