Join Spectrum Health Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital Psychologist Steven L. Pastyrnak, PhD, to help you better understand the connection between the cues in your environment and how those cues can make it harder to change to a healthier behavior. You will also learn some stress management techniques to use to help you be successful in making a healthy lifestyle change.
